Download the Child Support Manual

Generally, the Non-Custodial Parent is obligated to support his or her child or children and must pay for their support. The amount is determined after reviewing the parties' incomes and other financial data, number of children, debt structure, and other variables. MCL 552.15, 552.16, 552.452, and 552.519.
